The expectation has been that the Cincinnati Bengals won't be able to retain wide receiver Tee Higgins, mostly because of the impending monster contract extension for fellow wideout Ja'Marr Chase. But in a recent bold prediction, one NFL analyst thinks the Bengals will get something done with Higgins.
